Kitty Goes to Washington

Kitty Goes to Washington (Kitty Norville, #2)Kitty Goes to Washington by Carrie Vaughn

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

After being publicly outed as a werewolf on her radio show and then banished from her pack Kitty Norville leaves Denver and tries to stay under everyone’s radar but someone has very different plans. Kitty is called to testify before a Senate hearing on the paranormal. Unwillingly Kitty heads to D.C. While there she is offered protection from the city's Master Vampire, meets a new kind of were-pack, and runs into her first fae person. To make it more difficult she meets a hot were-jaguar, has a mad scientist on the loose, a religious zealot senator out to get her and the full moon rapidly approaching. It’s not easy being Kitty!!!

I love reading Kitty's adventures. Vaughn has written a strong character trying to survive the crazy world that also happens to be a werewolf. Kitty’s a very empathetic character always working to help protect those who need her help the most. Determined to change her corner of the world and make it a better place for paranormal creatures every where. Even if you are not a paranormal fan, I recommend these books.
